Book an Appointment with a Migration Consultant
If you wish to discuss your Australian immigration matter and process your visa application through Shada Migration Services, booking an appointment with one of our experienced registered migration consultants is highly recommended and is a good starting point to explore your visa options.
Type of Appointments
We are offering three types of appointments:
1) Face to Face
This consultation service is suitable for the clients who live in Sydney to have a confidential, face to face meeting at our office in Parramatta.
2) Skype Video Call
We will be able to arrange a video conferencing appointment via Skype video calls. This is a very convenient option for anyone who wishes to save the travel time to our office in Sydney or for those who live interstate or overseas.
3) Telephone
If you can not make into our office or do a Skype interview, we can arrange a telephone appointment.
What to Expect During Consultation
During the appointment, we will assess your current circumstances and advise you on what steps may be taken to reach your immigration goal.
During the appointment, we are committed to:
- advising you on the visa that may best suit you;
- checking your eligibility for the visa relevant to your case;
- being frank and candid about the prospects of success of your visa application;
- advising you on visa application fees and charges appropriately;
- acting in accordance with the law and your legitimate interests;
- providing you with accurate and professional advice.
If you decide to engage us for your visa matter within 10 days of taking the initial consultation, your consultation charges will be credited towards our professional fee for the related services
Booking Conditions: Cancellations, Lateness and No Shows
The consultation will be 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to discuss your visa options/concerns. Please note the following:
- If you do not attend your appointment, your consultation fee is forfeited and you will need to pay the fee again unless you wish to reschedule the appointment
- We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. We consider exceptional circumstances, should something happen that is outside of your control and may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis
- If you give us more than two business days' notice, we can reschedule your appointment on a mutually convenient time. You are allowed to only reschedule your appointment for one time without paying any additional cost.
