Skilled Migration
The program is designed for those skilled migrants who can help to overcome skill shortages in Australia. The program requires all applicants to meet certain basic criteria and to meet the applicable pass mark in the GSM points test:
- Be less than forty five years old;
- Have good English language skills;
- Nominate a skilled occupation
- Have relevant work experience in the nominated occupation
Family Migration
There are several migration visa options available for fiance(e)s, partners, children, parents and other family members of Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens.There are no skills and language tests for the Visa applicants.

You should meet the following criteria

Employer Sponsored
There are a number of visa options available for lawfully operating Australian employers to recruit skilled workers to fill positions that cannot be filled from the Australian labour market.The skilled workers may apply for either a temporary or permanent visa if an eligible employer is happy to employ and sponsor them.
The most usual employer-sponsored visa categories are:
- the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS)

Administrative Appeals Tribunal
Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) review decisions made by officers of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to refuse or cancel visas. AAT is the amalgamated tribunal, will undertake the same functions as the MRT and RRT, and decisions which could be reviewed in the former Migration Review Tribunal and Refugee Review Tribunal are now reviewed in our Migration and Refugee Division.
Submission to the Minister
Anyone who has had their visa application reviewed and decided by AAT (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) or is in detention (whether or not they have had their visa application reviewed and decided by the AAT may write to the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection (‘Minister’) asking the Minister to consider issuing a visa in the “public interest”
Letter of Advice
A Letter of Advice is a stand-alone document that informs you whether you can secure a visa to Australia on temporary or permanent basis. In most cases, a Letter of Advice will be sent to you before you sign a contract with us, provided that we are confident that you have a good chance of securing a visa to Australia.
Visa Cancellation
The Department of Immigration is able to cancel a visa that is held by a non-citizen under the migration Act 1958.There are time limits that apply for you to respond to the Cancellation Notice, if you do not respond within the time frame provided for you by the Department then you may lose the opportunity to respond and a decision will be made.
