The process of appointing us to legally act on your behalf as your representative to the Department of Home Affairs ( formerly the Department of Immigration ) are the following:
Step One: Assessment and Consultation
Usually we ask you to provide us with detailed information about your age, work history, education and English language ability as well as other relevant information through an assessment form.
You may fill out an online assessment form that is accessible in our website, or you may email us and request for an assessment form
After receiving the information, we will conduct an initial review of your assessment form and provide you with an email containing your most appropriate visa program to Australia.
Then you will be invited to participate in an interview either face to face or online
In the interview , you have the opportunity to ask any questions regarding your migration process, and a registered migration consultant will explain about your visa options and provide you with an estimate of fees
The initial assessment attracts a small consultation fee which the client requires to pay.
You will be asked to send us an email and request a formal agreement for services and fees if you wish to engage us with your visa application
Step Two: Signing the Contract
Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with a draft agreement of Services and Fees and " Consumer Guide" which contains information about the migration advice profession and what a client can reasonably expect from a migration agent and complaint procedures.
You will be advised about the detailed fees and charges for your visa matter on the draft agreement and we are more than happy to answer your questions about the agreement
You will be advised how long will be taking to process your visa application by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
When the agreement is signed, the responsible registered migration consultant will provide you with a letter of advice as well as a checklist about the documents that are required to be collected for the visa lodgement
Step Three: Visa Application Lodgement
Upon receiving the documents, we will conduct the documentation checks and review all supporting documentations to ensure that they are complete and a valid and strong visa application can be lodged.
At this stage, we will assist you to complete the application forms and check that all of the forms and supporting documentation are complete and correct. The Visa Application is then submitted to the relevant governing authority on your behalf.
We will pay for all the visa application fees on your behalf if you wish us to do so
Step Four: Visa Processing and the Decision
During the processing of your visa application, Shada Migration and Education Services will communicate with governing authorities on your behalf. This will ensure that the visa application is being processed as quickly as possible.
If the Department of Immigration is requested you to provide further supporting documents for your application , we will advise you as soon as we receive the information and assist you to comply with the request of the Department.
We will notify you of the decision of your visa application and will provide you with a Statements of Services and Fees in which you find the information about what services you have received from Shada Migration and Education Services for your visa application
